About The Northwoods Riders Snowmobile Club

The club is made up of 400+ Family and Individual members who all share a passion for snowmobiling.  Members are not only from the Tomahawk, WI area, but from many neighboring areas in Wisconsin, and from neighboring states as far away as Colorado and Arizona!

Welcome to the Northwoods

Our club is located in Tomahawk, Wisconsin and works with other area clubs to promote and maintain arguably some of the very best trails in all of Wisconsin.  We were organized in 1994 and currently have in excess of 500 members.  The club works closely with the Northwoods Passage Snowmobile club, as well as the Knight Owls and Northern Trails Unlimited clubs.  As a “social club” the Northwoods Riders members provide assistance to other clubs with trail marking, brushing and clean-up efforts, as well as supporting them with financial contributions as we are able.

Our Mission

“…to stimulate and advance the general welfare and safety of snowmobiling, to serve the interests of snowmobile owners, to develop a fraternal spirit among local snowmobile and other winter sports enthusiasts, to provide a medium of exchange for snowmobile information and to perform all desirable and lawful functions for the successful operation of the club and in the general public interest.”
